Fig2. Detection of tdTomato(red) and zsGreen(green) in various tissues of Cdh5tdTomato-IRES-CreERT2/+; R26CAG-LSL-zsGreen/+ mice.

After Tamoxifen induction, zsGreen-expressing tissues include: brain, kidney, eye, lung, spleen, liver, large intestine, small intestine, vagina, thymus, salivary gland, stomach, reproductive system, skin, muscle, pancreas, pituitary gland, and adrenal gland.

tdTomato-expressing tissues include: spleen, vagina, thymus, stomach, reproductive system, and skin.Tissues with low tdTomato expression: large intestine, and small intestine.

Without Tamoxifen induction, tissues with leaky zsGreen expression include: eye, spleen, large intestine, reproductive system, and pituitary gland. tdTomato-expressing tissues include: spleen, and thymus.
