Humanization strategy of the heavy chain variable region
SmocMab® fully humanized antibody mice employ large-fragment gene sequence replacement technology to integrate the human antibody variable region gene library into the endogenous loci of C57BL/6 mice. This approach achieves full humanization of the variable region while preserving close-to-wild-type immune response capabilities, delivering a broader spectrum of immune responses and enabling the successful production of large quantities of high-affinity fully humanized antibodies to accelerate therapeutic antibody drug development.

Normal B cell development lays a solid foundation for antibody production.
